This is a Japansese brand, Tomoe is not so familiar to end comsumers, however it is a giant in dress shoe industry in Japan because it is the official distributor of many European brands in Japan, a true pioneer founded in 1948.
What brands is it carrying? Way too many, so I just put the ones I know:
ANTHONY CLEVERLEY,GEORGE CLEVERLEY,STEFANO BEMER,ENZO BONAFE,STEFANO BRANCHINI,A.TESTONI,CARMINA,YANKO,CAMPANILE,HESCHUNG,LUDWIG REITER,COLE HAAN,ROCKPORT。
Except European brands, it also trades domestic brands, which means wholesaling from shoe brands then resaling to shoe shop like Isten. And these brands include UNION IMPERIAL,SCOTCH GRAIN,PERFETTO,靹ゑ. The last one is Tomeo.
Price is around 280 USD, and selling point is Japan, made in Japan, sourcing raw materials from Japan. Sadly, the current production is in China and gradually moving to Southeast Asia.
Blake Construction and the sole looks quite cheap.

Remark
Lasts seem good and when paired with conservative or classic patterns, the shoes are not bad, but when design soul is burning, the shoes are eye souring.
