Suzhou is the city where the first custom-made suit shop in China was born, and it is also the most economically developed city in Jiangsu Province. Suspoke’s English is Su Zhi, Su is the homonym of Su, and then it also means self-reliance. To nature represents elegance.

Derek, the manager, as a fabric dealer, has been immersed in the industry for more than 10 years, and he has seen a lot of clothes in domestic stores. His personal preference, spiritually, has many traditional influences from China, such as making the chest and waistline of a suit feel like a gown. But Suspoke’s style is not so extreme.

Master Zhang, who originally worked in a workshop established by Hong Kong people in Shenzhen, went to Shanghai to make handmade suits. Now, he has returned to Suzhou. Suspoke’s shop is near the residential area where Master Zhang lives.

Master Zhang was originally born in a red gang, but he came into contact with the very existing Italian Florence style in Shanghai, and with a relatively open attitude and hard work, he tempered his current version and production level.

Suspoke has only one master and one manager, and there is an apprentice at present, so every dress is finished by master Zhang alone. As a workshop, customized materials are very welcome, but Derek’s great strength is of course the recommendation and grasp of fabrics.

After seeing so many Florentine-style shops and making a certain number of them, I clearly realize that Suspoke’s Florentine style is very tasteful, even the most emphasis on strength.

Florence of Stile Renaissance is a fundamentalist, which will bring roundness to the extreme.
