Lovely Loafers from China

Loafers have very extreme inclinations, one side feels loafers are slipper and should only be worn inhouse, the other says loafer is stylish and combines with every outfit effortlessly. In China, loafers gain unmatchable position as No. 1 for its convenience, so every brand has to release loafers no matter they like it or not.

There are two brands offering very recognizable loafers from China.

SLIMSHOES

Loafers from SLIMSHOES is iconic for its last. Its square toe last is very powerful and strong, but SLIMSHOES purposedly put loafers on this last.

Compare two loafers on round last (above) and square last (below), which one is more intriguing?

Pattern design is not the weak point of SLIMSHOES, and round last still presents great shoes with this retreated apron.

I still prefer its masculine square toe loafers.

Square toe with low rise forefoot, a monster sportscar is staring at you!

Beyond that, they even use this last to host an unlined kangaroo leather loafer!

Let us talk about conflict!

Badia

Contrary to SLIMSHOES, Badia goes the tender and light way.

This one is the most understated tassel loafers.

Look at the slightly elongated and elegant last.

The biggest pattern feature is going to show.

Check this horsebit loafer, you can find that opening is quite huge.

Then the instep of foot exposes more and make the shoes, of course alongside with the foot, more tender and feminine.

I cannot judge whether it is good to make men’s shoes more feminine, however it is good looking for sure.

Belgian loafers have been on this way since the beginning, and this light camel colour make it more.

Strapped loafer is not very largely seen, and Badia’s design is more interesting.
