Lloyd this brand is quite confusing as there was one entering China market very early and earned great reputation, and that one is from Germany. Today Lloyd Germany still exists, but at the very low quality.
The full name of Lloyd Footwear is Lloyd Footwear England, it must be an English brand, but is it? So sorry, it is a Japanese brand. You really cannot understand Japanese at some circumstances.
To be fair, this brand has their shoes all made in England, but it does not mean “England” can be put in the brand name.
Quality wise, good to great, but brand building, eh…… there are 8 lines in this not so famous brand! I cannot believe it.
Master Lloyd: The top level, price at 900 USD, it is actually Crockett & Jones Handgrade.
J: Country shoes with rubber sole, same quality as Master Lloyd, price 700 USD.
H: Price 550 USD, Crockett & Jones Benchgrade.
M: Even in this line, there are premium and normal, premium at 550 USD uses Alfred Sargent and Cheaney, normal is unknown at price 470 USD.
L: 400 USD, looks like the same factory of M normal.
V: The entry line at price 320 USD, rubber sole with claimed best value, Barker made.
Only the models from highest lines have names, and others only have a serial number.

Remark
The aesthetics is quite in my taste, and the price is reasonable, the only thing is business wise, is these complex productions a problem?
