The own factory locates in Inca town, in the center of Mallorca island. Inca has long history of leather crafts. 30 years ago, it hosted more than 100 shoe factories, today, less than 5.
Leathers come from France, Italy and Slovenia.
Raw materials are mostly kinds of leather which are all from premium tanneries.
There are five lasts: Alan, Oliver, Jones, Howard and James in its main collection.
The five lasts share same profile from forefoot till heel, only change toe shape.
Alan and Oliver are for elegant design, Howard casual and Jones loafer.
Toni’s favorites are Charles and Douglas for their clean line and elegant feeling.
Toni is also very proud of its split toe derby as it copies the reversed stitches from Edward Green.
TLB shoes are all Goodyear Welted.
TLB cooperates with shoe select shops around the world including Skolyx in Sweden, Patine in Poland, as Atelier Constance, Cuirs Saint Dominique, Oscar, Rainbow, Upper and Prestige Masculin in France. In Asia, there are more than 15 shops carrying, and you can find them in China, Singapore as well.
