The name tells this is a Italian brand by the first sight.
Its peak is in 1980 to 1990s, focusing on Goodyear and Norwegian construction, however the downfall came too fast.
The same situation applied to Romano Martegani, Peluso and Gravati. Many Italian shoe brands came and went.
How about De Tommaso today?
Well, the brand still stands in the shoe industry and makes many types of shoes, mens, womens, sneakers, slippers, cemented…stitched shoes are only a tiny part. No Goodyear and Norwegian construction anymore, only Blake.
Machine and Hand collection, each for 220 Euro and 350 Euro. Not so sure about Hand Blake stitched shoes.
Anyway, let us review its designs.
Remark
The shoes are still very classic and at its price point I am willing to buy. What happened to this brand?
